If we manage your property, what is included in your monthly fee?:

  • 24 hr emergency response

  • Monthly invoicing and receipts for accounting

  • Membership to London Property Management Association. We acquire legal advice and all relevant lease forms according to the Residential Tenancies Act of 2006 on your behalf

  • Collection of monthly rents and direct deposit right into your account

  • Organizing of all trades and renovations. Organizing quotes for specific jobs

  • Answer all Tenant inquires, including Parent Guarantors

  • Tenant receipts for tax purposes

  • We deal with the forms from the Ontario Landlord and Tenant Board. Issuing N-4 (Non Payment of rent) forms etc.

  • Marketing of property for rent

  • Showing property for bank appraisals, utility issues, showings for sale, meet the landlord for inspections etc.

  • Deal with all Tenant issues on Landlord’s behalf
